I didn't grow up playing video games. I grew up catching dissecting cockroaches, earthworms, killing snakes when they were randomly discovered in our house and attacking mice which caused a great menace at home. It is only now that I   have become comfortable with animals as I have begun understanding their nature and that they too are hungry for love. I've always wanted to do a shoot with snakes - big snakes, like pythons. A wish when I saw the ad of Madhu Sapre and Milind Soman. The new guidelines recommended Pap testing every 3 years for women aged 21 to 65 years. In addition, women aged 35 to 60 years could be screened every 5 years when screened with a combination of Pap smear and HPV testing. Women older than age 65 years who are at low risk can stop cervical cancer screening all together. These recommendations were also presented by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). With the health care community only just adjusting to these updated screening recommendations, even more changes may be around the corner. In April, the FDA expanded the label for one of the HPV tests available on the market, the cobas HPV Test (Roche), approving it as a stand-alone test for primary screening of cervical cancer. Using this test, women who test positive for HPV 16 or 18 should undergo follow-up with colposcopy and those who test positive for one of the other 12 types of high-risk HPV types should undergo Pap testing to clarify the need for colposc

मेनोपौस क्या है ? जब किसी स्त्री की माहवारी ovaries ( अंडाशय )के काम बंद कर देने के बाद रुक जाती है तो उसे menopause ( रजोनिवृत्ति ) कहते हैं यह किस उम्र में होती है ? 40 -55 yrs में northern India में av age 46 yrs है इससे क्या शारीरिक व मानसिक बदलाव होते हैं -जब हमारी ओवरिस में अंडे बनने बंद हो जाते हैं तब स्त्रीत्व के लिए जरूरी हारमोंस कम होते होते बनना बंद हो जाते हैं ---इससे bones का ( हड्डियाँ ) पोरस यानि कि कमजोर , cholesterol levels का बढ़ना ,धमनियों व चमड़ी की elasticity का कम होना , memory का कम होना रिलेटेड है Stress और ill health भी महीना रुकने के कारण हो सकते हैं . Perimenopause -- 3 -5 साल का महीना रुकने से पहले का समय जब महीना irregular कम या अधिक हो सकता है ,pregnancy लेकिन रुक सकती है ,इसलिए precautions लें . Walking in the pouring rain  Being drenched completely relieved of  my pain  I continued briskly  with my walk  As there was no one there who would stalk On my terrace I was alone  Though the clouds seemed to have their clones Dark and ferocious they resembled a drone .  As I continued  the thundering lights shone  Compelling  me to keep away the iron rod  Which saved me usually from situations that were odd  When  monkeys would land unannounced  on my terrace   Though  to me they were never a menace  Lost in my thoughts I continued with my circles  As on the terrace there were never any hurdles  Deep down i was soothed  As all the creases and crevices of my soul were smoothed  ARCHANA TANDON

साथ चले दूर तक चले न थी बाँहों में बाहें न कभी निगाहों में निगाहें बंधन न था सिर्फ थी साफगोई तृप्त भी था मन और न था अरमान ही कोई फिर कैसा था ये सफ़र  जब थी ही नहीं वहां कोई डगर कि न ही कोई वास्ता था  और अनजान सा एक रास्ता था और चल पड़े थे हम महसूस करते हुए एक अनजान प्यास और मिलन की एक आस तर तुम भी थे तर मैं भी फिर ये कैसी आग थी जो बुझी हो कर भी बुझी न थी और लगी होकर भी लगी न थी जताने के अलफ़ाज़ भी थे अंदाज़ भी जाने  फिर क्यूँ कह न पाते थे हम एक लफ्ज़ भी दोनों के  तरकश में तीर भी थे  और बाहुबल भी  फिर भी निशाना लगा कर न लगा पाते थे हम  एक तीर भी माना कि जादू दोनों में टक्कर का था  असर जिसका हुआ दोनों पर था फिर भी  शुरुआत न हो पाती थी  कभी इधर से न ही कभी उधर  से   अंधेरों के गुम होने का और रोशनी के फैलने की अनुभूति भी कहीं थी तो गिर कर कहीं फिर उठने का एहसास भी  जब  फिर  था न कोई अरमान ही तो क्या था ये ,उस  ईश्वर का फरमान ही ? अर्चना टंडन 

कहीं होता है कत्ले आम सरे शाम और कहीं जान पर खेल जान बचाता है इंसान  कहीं तोड़ दिए जाते हैं जन्मों के नाते तो कहीं बन जाते हैं बिन बंधन जन्मों के रिश्ते है अजीब ये इत्तेफाक भी की हमारे हो के भी वो हमारे न हुए और पराये हो के भी   वो पराये न हुए नहीं था  जो  विश्वास खुद पर तो हर दांव उल्टा पड़ता गया और विश्वास जो मैं करना सीखता गया तो फिर जीत पे जीत हासिल करता गया तुम संग नैन जो लड़े तो झुकाने में असमर्थ रह गए हम आग जो लगी फिर तन बदन में   तो   फिर  बुझाने में सक्षम न रह गए हम कोरा था मन मेरा तुम्हारे बिन तुमने आके लिखवाई इबारत एक दिन कि साल दर साल बीतते गए  और आस बढ़ती गई दिनों दिन जिल्द चढाने की न थी चाह तो होती रही  इबादत हर पल हर  छिऩ अर्चना टंडन
