Unknown to each other Nervously march they did  together Moving as they did Thoughts synchronized But not organised They taught each other As and where they went wrong To synchronise their rhythm And become progressively strong   Slowly their dreams Embarked on a flight As efforts were put in With all their might They knew not how They balanced the bid Gaining momentum at times Stumble too they did   Only to be caught by An unknown hand in mid air Helping them sustain The rhythm as a pair With synchronised vibrations and galloping heart They watched their world reverberate The fusion was apparent Which helped them amalgamate.   The feelings of love and strength Rejuvenated them to make them smile Feelings of doom and desertion were left behind That reduced the suffering and made them all the more versatile Dissipated were the apprehensions Gone were the thoughts of betrayal Their fantasies saw the dawn of actulis

A letter to the Indian public ..  Being anti doctor is not the treatment for poor healthcare system . We as well as you need to understand the pathogenesis of it all . What I understand by looking all around is  The economic reforms brought about the introduction of corporates in all fields not only medicine .  Big corporates involved big investments .To get back the profits from their huge investments these business houses required consumers in multitudes who could pay well . This was in all sectors and healthcare was just one of them . Intermediaries and journalism helped this axis in their own way . All the other sectors catered not to the essential needs but healthcare was part of an essential need .Hence while telecom ,tourism ,engineering business ,entertainment business or be it any other business that catered to the middle class needs which were not essentially required were easily accepted as middle class could afford it even if they took a big
