1 -- BUILDING RELATIONS  !! 

Regularly interact with  your business clients and your other relations to strengthen the bond . Develop a system which reminds you to send something valuable to this network at least once every four months be it a message , few words of  appreciation or just a greeting  .  When you are away on  vacation send a few snaps to let them know your whereabouts and also buy some mementoes for them  . If you have to spend an hour on the activity  don't worry. This is an exceptionally good investment of your time. Another idea is to share a recent article of interest with  your contacts with a  note saying that you thought this would interest them and that you continue to value their friendship. 2 --EVERYTHING IN MODERATION !!

What do we need for a happy and joyful life ? --According to me one requires to do everything in moderation as also strike a balance in between your  activities . Strike a balance between your work ,your entertainment ,your friends , your family as also your earning and your spending habits .Avoid extremes .










3 -- RELAX WITH GREEN TEA OR FRESHLY MADE DRINKS  !! 

While working if you really need a drink ; drink green tea and add a piece of ginger and lemon to it . It is freshening ,relaxing and good for health . It restores one's vitality and physical condition like no other drink .Try to avoid aerated drinks and packed drinks ,have freshly prepared drinks . In summers try Roohafza with lots of ice to cool yourself .




4 -- TIME MANAGEMENT !!

Effective time management is an art which each one of us need to learn .Now what is time management? 
Time Management is a conscious control over one's time spent on the various activities on hand with the resultant increase in our efficiency,effectiveness and productivity  ; the ultimate goal being  obtaining an optimal result to all our activities keeping in mind our priorities .Managing our time increases our flexibility and leaves us with more of the time for the things we want to do rather than things we are forced to do .


 5 -- SLEEP LESS !! 

Know your desired sleep hours ; for some it is 5 hrs for others 8 hrs but not more than that .Get up early as the morning hours are the best receptive hours for the brain as also for the exercises .For forming a habit of waking up early try practicing by waking up one hour earlier to your scheduled time ;practice it for 21 days to get into a habit and then again reducing it by an hour and so on and so forth .


6 -- UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU NEED TO GRASP FROM TEACHINGS !!

When reading self help books or books to develop your principle understanding of life do not take each statement word by word and try to follow each and every point . Books contain a plethora of thoughts and strategies  aimed to satisfy  its variety of readers .Try to extract what suits you best .
